Shaddai's Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages after they left our hands. In this situation, we will provide you with evidence of your packaged being shipped out. If a package is sent back to us due to an insufficient address provided by our customer, we will charge a second shipping fee. We will not be held responsible for any (unlikely) allergies. Ingredients are all listed under every product in our shop.
